TENNIMO. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) handles a significant amount of customers’ personal information (hereinafter collectively referred to as “personal information”) through its food and beverage business and acknowledges its substantial social responsibility in doing so. In order to earn even greater trust from our customers, we are committed to the thorough protection of personal information.
Specifically, we have established a Personal Information Protection Management System in accordance with the Japanese Industrial Standards related to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and are promoting the following five measures:
1. We comply with applicable laws, national guidelines, and other relevant regulations concerning the protection of personal information.
2. The acquisition, use, and provision of personal information is conducted under appropriate and strict management. In particular, we prohibit the use of personal information for purposes other than those specified and implement measures to prevent unauthorized use.
3. We take utmost care to prevent unauthorized access, loss, damage, or leakage of personal information and implement the best possible preventive measures. In the event that any risk materializes, we will promptly take corrective actions.
4. We respond to complaints and inquiries regarding personal information appropriately and without delay.
5. We continuously review and improve the Personal Information Protection Management System to ensure its effectiveness and compliance with evolving standards.
Any breach of personal information management, regardless of the cause, will be dealt with firmly and in accordance with the Company’s internal regulations.

当社は、お客様からの信用・信頼を常に考え、お客様に満足以上の充足感を提供し、飲食事業を通じて社会に広く貢献し、それらの活動を通して広く社会に通用する人材育成にも尽力する会社です。
当社では、飲食事業を幅広く展開しており、最良のサービスを念頭に、これらの事業の向上、昨今の社会変化・環境変化に対応した事業展開に取り組んでまいります。
そのため、当社は、顧客及び当社の持つ重要な情報資産の安全性、信頼性確保に万全を期し、情報セキュリティ方針を定め、情報セキュリティマネジメントを構築致します。
具体的には、ISO/IEC27001に則り、情報セキュリティに関する内部管理制度を構築し、以下を推進してまいります。
1）情報セキュリティの重要性を充分に認識し、法令及び規制の要求事項並びにお客様との契約上のセキュリティ義務を遵守する。
2）当社の管理下にある情報資産を特定し、その情報資産に対するリスクアセスメントに基づき、保護のための適切な情報セキュリティ（機密性・完全性・可用性）を維持するための対策を講じる。
3）情報セキュリティ対策を講じるために、情報セキュリティマネジメントシステムを構築する。
4）構築した情報セキュリティマネジメントシステムについては、常に、見直し、改善に努め、実効性を維持する。
5）構築した情報セキュリティマネジメントシステムを遵守する。
6）情報セキュリティに違反した社員等は、就業規則等により懲戒処分する。
